The classes at TRV|FIT are designed with creating sustainable and life-changing results. We offer classes specific to your goals in an intentional 45-minute class.

ATN Sessions

Our ATN (ABOVEtheNORM) semi-private sessions are a deep-dive into progress and accountability. We host different sessions when it comes to rapid fat-loss, strength/conditioning, and sport-specific training.

TRV|FIT OnDemand

Train like  TRV|FITTer no matter where you are! 40+ OnDemand workouts from bodyweight, dumbbell, running, yoga, and more!

Classes For All Fitness Levels

We’re constantly setting the standard of functional group fitness, and TRV|Health because we thrive on staying cutting edge along with providing our TRV|FIT Fitness family with all the tools and resources they need for their TRV|Success. Our classes are designed to be combined in unlimited ways to reach the goals that are specific to you.

TRV|X
TRV|X is our staple workout. Inside this session, you can expect an incredible balance of strength, cardio, and muscular endurance. We’ll keep you sweating through 45mins of variety of innovative equipment, programming, and having a blast along the way. This is a great class to get started at any fitness level.
SWEAT

SWEAT is our ABOVE the NORM HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) session. Inside our unique interval-based class you’ll be working through different exercises with the intention of working your heart rate to optimal performance and calorie burning zones. This is a great class to get started at any fitness level.

GRIT
GRIT is our conventional strength training session with a unique approach. This session’s intention is to build quality strength through compound movements and accessory work. It runs in a groundbreaking format to work your full body in an hour time block. If you’re looking for unconventional strength, and muscle building this class is for you. This class is not recommended for your first TRV|FIT class.
RIOT Boxing
RIOT

RIOT Boxing is TRV|FIT’s premier boxing and conditioning workout. The goal is to make authentic boxing techniques accessible and non-intimidating while taking you through rounds of bag work, cross-training, and building that fighters core. We have wraps and gloves available to purchase, or you can bring your own. There’s no experience needed, and a great workout to get started with!

FT.WRK
FT.WRK

FT.WRK (Foot Work) is built with the runner in mind. Inside this 45-minute class, you’ll be pushed through intervals on treads, suspension trainers, and the mat.

TRV|flow

At TRV|FIT Fitness we are all about balance. Not only with our body but our mind. In our TRV|flow classes you will learn to restore, recover, and reset from the daily stresses of life.

Semi-Private Training

Our ATN (ABOVEtheNORM) semi-private sessions are a deep-dive into progress and accountability.

We host different sessions when it comes to rapid fat-loss, strength/conditioning, and sport-specific training.

Inside these limited person sessions, you have a session completely catered towards your goals. You’ll get tons of guidance as the session wraps up with a consult on your food log and body metrics.

Accountability

We know that the more accountability a member has the faster they see results. That is why we build accountability into every ATN session with coaches that motivate you to push past your limiting beliefs and evolve into better moving, stronger, and healthier you.

Fat Loss | Lean Muscle Gain

When it comes right down to it our ATN sessions are designed to help your burn body fat and gain lean tissue. This not only helps you feel better but move better.

Nutrition & Body Composition

We don’t just push you with our intentional ATN sessions. We look at you as a whole and start you off with a body composition scan and intro to nutrition so that we can document the process and refine it specifically for you.
